Sign up for Ascendance Personal Training sessions where one of our coaches will work with you to help define your goals, conduct a comprehensive assessment of your fitness level, and coach you through a program designed specifically for your needs. This is a great option for members who would prefer not to be in group classes.

A specific weight loss program, masters populations, those with injuries that preclude them from participating in group activities, athletic development, weight gain, Olympic Weightlifting, Running technique and training, gymnastics skills training, nutrition, Sports performance and CrossFit competitors. Specific needs are addressed on a case by case basis and a plan is developed during the complimentary 1-on-1 introductory training session.
